What we collect
- Application, profile, preference and marriage-readiness answers.
- Optional, self-reported education, work, languages, interests, marital status, height, religion, faith practice, lifestyle, children plans, relocation and communication answers. You can leave these unanswered or clear them.
- Email, phone and verification status.
- Private photos, messages, consent events, reports and safety records.
- Manual phone and live photo/video verification results.
- Security and audit information such as sign-in time and moderation actions.
Why we use it
We use member information to confirm eligibility, provide mutual introductions, operate private conversations, prevent abuse, respond to reports and maintain required records. Caste or biradari is not used as a matching rank signal.
Verification checks
Private alpha does not request or store CNIC, NICOP or passport files. Staff confirms phone ownership and visually compares the member with their profile photo during a brief live call that is not recorded. We retain the check result, reviewer and audit date.
Visibility and sharing
Profiles are not public. Assigned introductions receive limited, stage-specific details. If you separately enable search visibility, eligible signed-in candidates may also find your shared search profile. Search visibility starts off for every account. Photos require separate mutual reveal permission and use short-lived links. We do not sell member profiles or verification information.
Search can share your display name, computed age, city and country, profession, education, field of study, occupation category, languages, marital status, height and interests. You can preview these saved details before opting in. Search does not include phone, email, full date of birth, private photos or personal answers. Only consenting, active and eligible profiles appear, with reciprocal Must-have preferences and blocks respected. You may keep your own search visibility off while searching.
Turning search visibility off removes your profile from future search responses and prevents new discovery requests. It cannot retract information someone already saw, and it does not remove existing introductions. Paused, suspended, closed and stale accounts do not appear in search. Search requests remain private and are rate limited; names and filters are not written into search audit logs or persistent device storage.
Education, work, languages, interests, height and marital status can be seen by assigned introductions. Religion, faith practice, lifestyle, children plans, relocation and communication answers are shared only after mutual acceptance. These optional answers may be checked against chosen partner preferences before an introduction. Must-have preferences are reciprocal; Flexible preferences prioritize introductions without silently changing Must-have settings.
Retention and account controls
- Activity is reconfirmed every 30 days; recommendations hide after 45 days without confirmation.
- Expired photo permissions are revoked automatically.
- Closed-account data is deleted or de-identified according to the retention schedule, subject to safety and legal needs.
- Members may request access, correction, pause or deletion through the support channel published at launch.
International processing
The beta may serve Pakistanis living abroad. Hosting providers may process data outside Pakistan, including the selected Singapore region. Transfer wording and Pakistani legal obligations require counsel review before launch.
